What is BregStore?
BregStore is available for Breg, Inc. wholesale accounts that purchase and distribute Breg products, to place and track orders. If you are a patient or end-user interested in purchasing Breg product, please contact your physician or contact the Patient Service Center closest to your area Patient Service Centers – Breg, Inc. You may also contact Customer Care at 800-321-0607 Option 2 for a Patient Service Center, Sales rep or distributor in your area.
I have a patient billing account with Breg, can I use BregStore?
No, BregStore is for placing orders, order history and invoices for your Breg Wholesale account only. Please continue to use the ordering site for patient billing (BCS).
I have a Vision account with Breg, can I use BregStore?
No, please continue to use Vision for all of your inventory and ordering needs.
Can I place an order on BregStore using the Play To Win promotion?
No, not at this time. The “Play to Win” program requires additional documentation. Please contact Customer Care at 800-321-0607 * 2 or email orderprocess@breg.com and inform Customer Care that this order is for the Play to Win program.
Can I place a telehealth order on BregStore?
No, not at this time. The Telehealth program requires additional information for notification purposes. Please contact Customer Care at 800-321-0607 Option 2 or email orderprocess@breg.com and inform Customer Care that it is a telehealth order.
Can I order Custom Braces?
No, Custom Braces are not available for order on BregStore. Please contact Customer Care at 800-321-0607 Option 2 or email the Custom Brace Order Form to orderprocess@breg.com.
Can I do returns (RMA’s)?
No, returns (RMA’s) are not available on BregStore. Please contact Customer Care at 800-321-0607 *1 or email orderprocess@breg.com for your RMA # and instructions.
I have a wholesale account with Breg, how do I log in?
If you have never used BregStore before , select “Yes, my organization has an account” and enter your account information. You will then be able to create your password with your user id (email address).
How do I use Quick Order?
Once you have logged into BregStore, you can click on Quick Order to create an order by entering the Breg Part Number and Quantity. As you move from line to line, the description will populate for the part number entered. You will also see your pricing displayed.
Once you have completed the Quick Order form, you can add the items to the cart to place the order, add/create an Order Template for future orders and check product availability.
You can also download the Bulk Order Form (excel spreadsheet) to place orders and create order templates for future orders. Please note there is a maximum number of lines of 100 when using the Bulk Order Form.
Can I create an Order Template using excel?
Yes, you can upload up to a 100 P/N’s (with quantities) and save it to an order template for future orders. Enter the part numbers (using a text format) and enter the quantity. Once you have completed the form, save it and then click on ‘Choose File’ on the Quick Order page. After you have selected your file, click “Upload” and proceed with placing your order or creating an Order Template.
Can I create an order using Order History?
Yes, go to your order history on the My Account page, do a search using the order information, date range, PO information and select the order. You can then select the items* and add them to your cart. After adding the product numbers to your cart, you can also click on Create Order template for future orders.
*Please note this is not available for custom brace orders.
Can I add to an Order Template while I am on the product page?
Yes, while you are on the product page and after you have made your selection, you can click on the “Add to Order Template” icon and create an order template.
What is Bulk Order?
When there is a product with multiple options and sizes, you can click on Bulk Product Order and a list will pop up with all of the variations. You can select multiple P/N’s and quantities for each product. Once you have made all of your selections, you can add the items to your shopping list, check availability and add the items to your cart for order placement.
I want to order multiple sizes of the same product; can I do that?
While you are on the product page, click on Bulk Product Order and enter the quantities for the applicable P/N’s. At the bottom of the page, you can click “Add to Cart” or click the Add to Order Template icon.
You can click the shop menu in the upper left corner and search by product line or you can use the search bar. Click on the magnifying icon in the upper right corner and a search bar will open. You can search by keywords and/or product number. As you begin entering the information, you will begin to see a drop-down list with the closest matches. You can click on the closest match and the product page will open.
Can I see all of my account history?
Your account history for the last 3 years is available on BregStore. This is for all wholesale orders including Custom Braces and Returns (RMA’s) processed on your Breg account.
Can I create a new address?
Yes, you can create new addresses when needed. BregStore pulls information from the Breg database linked to your account. If the address you are wanting to select does not exist, you can click on “Add Address” to create the new address.
Can I add a “Contact” or “Attention To” to my order?
Yes, click the arrow on the “Attention To” field and select from the existing list, or you can select Other, and a new field will populate below for you to add your contact’s name.
What are Saved Addresses?
The information on BregStore is pulled from the Breg database associated with your account. You can select addresses form your account history, or if the address does not exist in your account database, you can add a new address.
Can I have a preferred shipping address?
Yes. If you primarily purchase for a specific location, you can mark “This is my Preferred Shipping Address” and the next time you log in to place an order, the address will default for your next order.
Can I change the Invoice Address?
No, not in BregStore. If your billing invoice address has changed due to a recent move or other changes to your account, please contact your Credit Specialist or our Customer Care team to assist with updating your account. You can click on “Contact Us” at the top of the page to send an email, or you can get the number to call directly.
Please note any change to billing information will be reflected on your BregStore account the next business day.
My Account
What is My Account?
Under My Account, you will see your name, Account Name and your account number with Breg, Inc
What are Pending Orders?
When a buyer is setup with an order spend limit or budget, the account admin or approver must review and approve before the order is submitted to Breg. Pending Orders require approval from the account admin or approver before being submitted to Breg
What are Rejected Orders?
Any orders that have been reviewed by the account admin or approver and could not be approved based on buyers role or responsibilities.
What are Profile Settings?
Your user information can be found on Profile Setting. This is also where you can go to update your password and profile information (Name, Department and Phone Number).
What is Saved Payment Information?
Your account payment information with Breg, Inc.
What are Cost Centers?
Cost Centers are departments within your organization that can be assigned to buyers for accounting purposes.
What are Users?
There are different roles available for BregStore users. All roles are managed by the account administrator.
Account Administrator
The Account Administrator will manage all aspects of your BregStore account. The Account Administrator will setup and regulate all users who require access to their Breg Wholesale account. The Account Administrator can perform all of the roles listed below.
Buyer
Can place orders on BregStore and access all account history
Approver
Can place orders on BregStore and approve orders placed by buyers. When a buyer is setup with a spend limit or budget, the orders will require to be reviewed and approved before the orders will be placed with Breg.
Cost Center Manager
Can place orders as well as manage cost centers setup for their organization for accounting purposes. The cost center manager can assign cost centers to specific buyers.
View Only
Has access to the account history but does not have the access to create new orders.
